On Sunday, May 19th, Teamsters Local 667 celebrated with RAMON LUNA as he retired from his long and illustrious Teamster career. Ramon was working for Yellow Freight when he moved to Memphis and transferred in to Teamsters Local 667 in 1979... He was hired by Teamsters Local 667 as a Business Agent in 1999.... Over the years, he was the Business Agent for every freight line that was represented by Local 667 and every UPS location in Memphis.
In 2016, Ramon was elected as Secretary-Treasurer as part of the United Power Slate and served in that capacity until he officially retired in February 2024.
